By accessing or using Exgochat (operated by Expontmind LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Exgochat is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to automate customer communication through Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages. Our service includes:

• AI-powered automated responses to customer messages
• Integration with Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
• Appointment booking and table reservation management
• E-commerce product catalog and order management
• FAQ and knowledge base management
• Conversation history and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use Exgochat, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have authority to bind your business to these terms
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be the admin or authorized manager of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connect

4. Facebook and Instagram Integration

By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Exgochat, you:

• Authorize Exgochat to receive messages on your behalf
• Authorize Exgochat to send automated responses to your customers
• Confirm you have the authority to connect these accounts
• Agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards

You can disconnect your accounts at any time through the Exgochat dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Exgochat to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content without consent
• Harass, threaten, or abuse customers or any individuals
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Collect personal data beyond what is necessary for your business purposes
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards

6. AI-Generated Responses

Exgochat uses artificial intelligence to generate automated responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated based on your provided content (FAQs, product info, etc.)
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses
• You are responsible for monitoring and correcting AI responses as needed
• You should review and update your knowledge base regularly for accuracy
• Critical business decisions should not rely solely on AI-generated content

7. Subscription and Payment

Exgochat offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees according to your chosen plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept that subscription fees may change with notice
• Understand that AI usage is tracked and may be subject to limits based on your plan

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content: Exgochat, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Expontmind LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your business content, FAQs, products, and services information. You grant Exgochat a license to use this content solely for providing our services to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expontmind LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Inaccurate AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Actions taken by third parties (Meta, customers, etc.)

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to Exgochat will be revoked
• Connected Facebook/Instagram accounts will be disconnected
• Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia.
